When Aleisha McCall is not helping clients grow their businesses leveraging powerful advertising strategies, you can find her inside an ice rink, coaching synchronized ice skating.
After personally competing at four World Championships, representing both Australia and New Zealand, her goal is now to inspire future generations of champions.
She had the honour to coach the Australian team that recently competed at the first World Junior Championships in Helsinki, Finland in 2013.
The Majestic Ice Family
Together with her coaching colleagues, they guide and mentor several teams of up to 50 skaters every year as part of the Majestic Ice family.
They coach, mentor and encourage high achieving kids to adopt the mindset of a champion so they can win in their skating competitions and take those experiences into their personal and academic lives.
In sports, as in business, building a great team and getting everyone to perform together, as one, is extremely important. She enjoys training her teams tactically, strategically as well as mentally. Helping gifted individual skaters grow, improve and develop their skills within a team is both enlightening and rewarding and what keeps her going year after year.
